Festival Express
Monday, March 5, 7 pm A great concert film, this one follows a tour across Canada by train in 1970. Musicians including the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, the Band, Buddy Guy, and many others spent a week together on a train. They hardly got off except for the shows. In between, they played and partied together like you wouldn’t believe! Great scenes of both the trip and the concerts, and also the open jams that happened on the train. Excellent! ($7 or ($25 series pass – phone orders only.)
